This Resolution will take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />Adopted: November 18, 2002 <br />CERTIFICATE <br />The undersigned Clerk of the City Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia (the <br />hereby certifies that the foregoing constitutes a true and correct copy of a Resolution <br />entitled, "Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Charlottesville, Virginia Approving The <br />Issuance Of A "Bank -Qualified" Bond To Be Issued By The Industrial Development Authority Of <br />The City Of Charlottesville, Virginia" adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting duly held and <br />called on November 18, 2002.
