Place overhead wires, utility poles and meters, antennae, trash <br />containers, and exterior heat exchangers in locations where they are <br />least likely to detract from the character of the site. <br />2. Encourage the installation of utility services underground. <br />3. Screen utilities and other site elements with landscaping or fences. <br />4.
