Capital Projects Fund <br /> <br />(a) Supplementary Appropriation <br /> <br /> The sum of $55,541.81 is hereby appropriated from <br />the unappropriated fund balance of the Capital Projects Fund <br />to expenditure accounts 05-18590 and 05-61140 to fund bond <br />issuance costs for General Improvement Bonds, Series 1987. <br /> <br />(b) Appropriation Transfer <br /> <br /> The sum of $104,201.62 received as interest from <br />various debt issues shall be transferred to the Debt Service <br />Fund for the purpose of future principal and interest <br />payments. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />Equipment Replacement Fund <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The unexpended revenue of $24,421.49 in Fund 28 <br />derived from net proceeds for the 1987 City Auction held in <br />June, 1987, shall be permitted to be carried over in the <br />Equipment Replacement Fund and expended in the current fiscal <br />year for the purpose for which it was originally <br />appropriated. <br /> <br />VII. Data Processing Fund <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The unexpended revenue of $38,158.45 in expenditure <br />.account 13-31010 at June 30, 1987, shall be permitted to be <br />carried over and expended in the current fiscal year for the <br />purposes for which it was originally appropriated. <br /> <br />VIII. Community Attention Home Program <br /> <br />(a) Continuing Appropriation <br /> <br /> The sum of $32,914.25 is hereby appropriated from <br />the unappropriated fund balance of the Community Attention <br />Home Fund to the following expenditure accounts for: <br /> <br />19-11010 Purchase of van 14,500.00 <br />19-11010 Boys' Home bathroom renovation 2,300.00 <br />19-11020 Purchase of van 14,500.00 <br />19-11030 Purchase of Camrecorder 1,614.25 <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: $150,000 - GRANT FOR RIVANNA PARK <br /> <br /> Mr. Hendrix stated that the $150,000 was a grant from <br />the Virginia Department of Conservation and Historic <br />Resources which would be used for construction of Rivanna <br />Park. <br /> <br /> Mr. Eugene German, Director of Parks and Recreation, <br />stated that the grant will enable more of the original plans <br />for the Park to be completed. Mr. German noted that grading <br />of Rivanna Park would be completed this fall. <br /> On motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mrs. Gleason, the <br />appropriation of the $150,000 grant for Rivanna Park was <br />offered and carried over to the next meeting for <br />consideration. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,730.74 - DONATION TO RIVERVIEW PARK <br /> <br /> Mr. German stated that the $1,730.74 had been donated <br />by the Charlottesville-Albemarle Board of Realtors and that <br />they had also assisted in planning for Riverview Park. <br /> <br />On motion by Mrs. Gleason, seconded by Mr. Barnes, the <br /> <br /> <br />
