Mr. <br />O'Connell noted that the first two phases of the project <br />(construction of a new City administration building and <br />initial funds for the renovation of the current City Hall <br />complex) had been included in the Five-Year Capital <br />Improvements Plan. <br /> <br /> Mr. Steve Wright and Mr. Dick Shank, architects who had <br />participated in the City Hall Space Study and had prepared <br />the proposed plans, showed a slide presentation of the <br />current crowded conditions in City Hall and the proposed <br />construction and renovation. <br /> <br /> <br />
