Absent for the vote: Mr. Toscano. <br />Absent: Mr. Caravati) to meet in closed session for the purpose of appointing members <br />to various City and regional boards or agencies as provided by Section 2.1-344(A)(1) of <br />the Virginia Code. <br /> <br /> Council reconvened in open session and, on motion by Mr. Toscano, seconded by <br />Ms. Richards, approved the following certification of closed meeting by the following <br />vote.
