<br /> The Capital Projects Fund appropriation which was
<br />offered at the meeting of October 7th, was approved by the
<br />following vote. Ayes: Mr. Barnes, Mr. Buck, Dr. Gunter,
<br />Dr. Hall. Noes: None. Absent: Mrs. Gleason.
