Absent: Dr. Gunter, <br />Dr. Hall. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the sum of $398,150 is hereby <br />appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Capital <br />Projects Fund of the City to expenditure account 05-52100 <br />for the acquisition of property for a regional park and <br />recreational area in accordance with the terms of an agreement <br />between the City and the County of Albemarle dated February <br />1986. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN AGREEMENT REGARDING CITY/ <br />COUNTY PARK <br /> <br /> The resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign the <br />agreement regarding the City/County perk was moved by Mr. <br />Barnes, seconded by Mrs. Gleason and unanimously approved <br />by Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia that the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to execute on behalf of the City the following <br />document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br /> <br />Agreement between the City of Charlottesville and <br />Albemarle County for the joint development and <br />operation of the City-County park, <br /> <br /> A copy of such document shall be kept on file with <br />the minutes of the ~Council meeting at which this resolution <br />was adopted. <br /> __~t~ng was adjourned. <br />President <br /> <br />C e~k ' <br /> <br />COUNCIL CHAMBER - February 18, 1986 <br /> <br /> Council met in regular session on this date with the <br />following members present: Mr. Buck, Mrs. Gleason, Dr. <br />Gunter, Dr. Hall.
