243 <br /> <br />X. CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville: <br /> <br /> A. That the sums hereinafter set'forth are hereby <br />appropriated from the Capital Projects Fund of the City for the <br />respective capital purchases or projects so set forth, effective <br />for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986; provided that such <br />appropriations shall be deemed to expire at the end of such fiscal <br />year, but shall continue in effect unless altered by further <br />action of City Council. <br /> <br /> B. That $1,165,248 of the amount to be received from the <br />County of Albemarle under the revenue sharing agreement of May 24, <br />1982 is hereby designated as revenue to the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> <br /> C.
