CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION PRE MEETING <br />TUESDAY, May 14, 2013 -- 4:30 P.M. <br />NDS CONFERENCE ROOM <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commissioners present <br />Ms. Genevieve Keller Mr. Dan Rosensweig <br />Mr. Kurt Keesecker <br />Mr. John Santoski <br />Mr. Mike Osteen <br />Ms. Lisa Green <br />Staff Present: Ms. Missy Creasy, Planning Manager <br />Mr. Willy Thompson, Neighborhood Planner <br />Ms. Ebony Walden, Neighborhood Planner Mr. Brian Haluska, Neighborhood Planner <br />Mr. Jim Herndon, Planner and ADA Coordinator <br />Mr. Richard Harris, Deputy City Attorney <br /> <br />The Commission began to gather at 4:30 and was called to order at 5:00pm. <br />Ms. Keller reviewed the agenda. Mr. Herndon provided an overview of the ADA Transition <br />report noting the addition of information concerning signalized intersections. Mr. Keesecker <br />requested that a map be added to the report showing the locations explained in the narrative. It <br />was asked that Mr. Herndon explain the curb ramping specification priority. Mr. Osteen asked for clarity on the information contained in the cost tables. <br /> <br />Ms. Walden provided an overview of the Carlton project and answered a question concerning off <br />site improvement allowances. <br /> Mr. Thompson provided an overview of the Garrett Street application. <br /> <br />The discussion adjourned at 5:25pm. <br />
