Jessu-p, Policeman Damron was ordered Da. ron paid one-half pay for the time lost during the Month of October, 1939, on account of sic mess. The City Attorney submitted an opinion in regard to the 1t1. E. Du' -.e claim and Y=j . E . Duke claim recommended that the suggested offer of compromise be declined. On motion this opinion was unanimously adopted and ordered filed ,pith the minutes of this meeting. On motion by TMIr.
