<br />The following report was unanimously adopted:

<br />entlemen:-Your committee has considered the amendments to Chapter
<br />31 of the City Code, and recommend that certain changes
<br />be made. We herewith submit amended draft for your

<br />perpetual care. Division A and B to be sold at X100.00 per
<br />Report of section of six grave spaces or $20.00 per grave space for
<br />Cemeteries block of less than six, and in Division C and D a charge of
<br />Committee $15.00 per grave space be made, and that all the money so
<br />collected be set up as a Perpetual Care fund.

<br />from City from the School Board in the sum of $750.00
<br />Attorney covering refund for an advance which the City
<br />made to us at the request of the School Board
<br />• several months ago.
<br />The funds advanced as aforesaid
<br />were credited in part payment of legal services
<br />rendered the School Board and we herewith enclose
<br />check of Valker and Taylor for $750.00 covering
