azo <br />Gentlemen: <br />As requested at your meeting of July 3rd, I have investiaged <br />Report Lyons Park the petition of residents of the Lyon's property th�,t the City <br />Avenue, Cargil take over certain streets in this area, and I would recommend <br />Street, and Lyons that upon proper dedic:.tion that we take over Lyonts Park <br />Avenue Avenue, to its intersection with Cargil Avenue, and Cargil <br />Avenue from this intersection to Lyonts Avenue, and Lyonts <br />Avenue from Park Street to its intersection with Cargil Avenue. <br />These streets are all forty feet -Tide, and have some stone <br />surface on them. <br />SB:vL <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Seth Burnley (signed) <br />City Manager <br />On motion by Dr. Haden, the foregoing re -port was unanimously adopted and the <br />streets as set forth in said report were ordered accepted by the City when legal <br />title to same are approved by the City Attorney. <br />On motion the following resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />Appropriation BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br />Water Connection - <br />Redland Land x,100.00 be ana the same is hereby appropriated to pay the Redland Land <br />Corp. - A. Rice <br />Greene Corporation for water connection of A. Rice Greene on Rugby Road. <br />Bill against On motion a bill against the Dob Fund in amount of X7.00 was referred to the <br />Dog Fund <br />City -Manager for investigation and report. <br />On motion the Council went into Executive Session by the following recorded vote: <br />Ayes: Mr. Gleason, Dr. Haden, .11r. Huff, and noir. Jessup. Noes: None. <br />Welfare On motion the matter pertaining to a Welfare Superintendent was carried over for <br />Superintendent <br />further consideration. <br />Fishing On motion by Dr. Haden, permits were granted to ,. T.
