25 102. T}:e Co-l:riissioer of revenue shall receive for each license issued by him a fee I of seventy five cents (75s;) , to be paid b-., th.e party to whorl said license is issued. 103. It shall be the duty of the Commissioner of revenue to keep a book, in which he shall classify all branches of business and occupation updn which a license is imposed by this ordinance, and show the arlount of assessment made upon each license, the name of the person assessed, and the period for wl,iich such license was issued. On the first day of T)ecember, Yarch,June and geptenber of each year he shall deliver to the Tinance Conxiittep; extracts from said book showing the entries therein made, and the total arlount of license issued during; the preceding three monthe,properly classified. These extracts shall be certified under oath. 104. The taxes on licenses acruing under thd-provisions of this ordinance shall be due and payable, except where otherwise herein provided, upon the first day of ''ay,1907, and each gear thereafter, and shall be paid by the person against whom assessed to the Treasurer of the city in its office prior to the first day of -Pray. 105. DEALERS I1 FUTt M- (Amendment to sec. 29 of the License Ordinance) Every person who shall conduct the business of dealing in what is known as Futures in grain or any produce or merchandise, or in railroad or other stocks or bonds, shall pay a specific tax of one .hundred and fifty dollars (.$150) but this shall not be deemed as interfering with the stock or bond dealing of regular bankers. (Amendment to sec. 37 License Ordinances) Every Express Company or railroad doing an express business, having an office or doing business in this cite, shall pay for the exercise of this privilege a special tax of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) for a year or part of a year, but when two coripanies are operated ,jointly under the same agency and office the combined license tax shall be two Hundred dollars.
