<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN

<br />CONCURRING, That the reports of the Water and Gas Committees, presented at this
<br />
<br />meeting; be adopted, and that the sum of $3,185.30 to lay the water and sewer mains
<br />
<br />etc. , and $1,460. to lay the gas mains, as provided in said reports, or so much _
<br />
<br />as may be necessary, be and are hereby appropriated, and that such portion of the
<br />
<br />improvements as may fall within the newly annexed territory be charged against the
<br />
<br />revenue to be derived from. said territory, as provided by late.
<br />
