A RESOLUTION
<br />Directing the City Manager and Engineer to grade the sidewalk in front of the
<br />
<br />Christian Church and to lay a sidewalk at 60 cents per sq. yd.
<br />
<br />RESOLVED, BY THE COMMON COUNCIL, THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN CONCURRING, That the city
<br />
<br />Manager be instructed to grade the bank in front of the Christian Churcr on East
<br />
<br />Market Street and the cement sidewalk be put down in front of same, at the cost of
<br />
<br />sixty cents per sq. yd. to the church.

<br />Authorizing the Mayor to call cetain outstandsing bonds on the Meade property:

<br />RESOLVED, BY THE COMMON COUNCIL, THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN CONCURRING, That the $5000.
<br />
<br />of Albemarle County bonds on the Meade property, assumed by the City when the limits
<br />
<br />were extended and the City required to take over tre gfeade property, he called to
<br />
<br />payment by the Sinking Fund Commission on July 1,1917, and the Mayor is directed to
<br />
<br />give the requisite notice to tre holders of said bonds.
