<br />Authorizing the Mayor to issue a duplicate deed to cemetery lot Marshall Robertson:
<br />
<br />RESOLVED, BY COMMON COUNCIL, THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN CONCURRING, That whereas
<br />
<br />Marshall Robertson purchased a lot in Oakwood Cemetery about 19 years ago and
<br />
<br />deed of conveyance was executed and delivered to him, but has, been lost, therefore
<br />
<br />be it Resolved, That the Mayor is hereby authorized and instructed to have a
<br />
<br />duplicate deed executed conveying said lot to said Marshall Robertson.
<br />

<br />BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COMMON COUNCIL, THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN CONCURRING,

<br />That Sec. 100 of the- License Tax Ordinance, approved April 14 1916, be amended to
<br />
<br />read as follows:
<br />
<br />Every person, firm or corporation conducting the business of private banker as
<br />
<br />defined by the State Tax Law §77, shall pay a license tax of $100, per year,
<br />
<br />This law shall take effect from and after Feb. 1,1917.
<br />
