COVPkKY PROVIDING FOR <br />FURNISHING WATER FOR TF1 USB OF SAID COVPAVY. <br />Whereas the water in our two reservoirs has become so diminished through <br />excessive use and protracted drought that we feel that we should cancel the contract <br />with the C k 0 Ry. Co. dated July 1,1914, which provides for cancellation under such <br />emergencies, therefore be it Resolved by the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen <br />concurring, That the Mayor be directed to notify the C & 0 Ry.
