A RESOLUTION DECLINING THE PROPOSAL, OF THE UNIVERSITY OF VIGINIA FOR LIGHTING

<br />UNIVERSITY AVENUE.

<br />Resolved, by the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring,
<br />
<br />That the proposal of the University of Virginia for the lighting of University
<br />
<br />Ave between 14th Street and Rugby Road be declined, and that the Light Committee
<br />
<br />be and hereby are directed to provide for the lighting of the said street in the
<br />
<br />same manner as the other part of Main Street is lighted, not to exceed four lights.
<br />
