<br />APPRUPRIATION Whereas, at a joint meeting of the two finance committee, march 129 the Menner

<br />SEWER LINES road
<br />ON FRME BRIDGEfrom, Locust jruve Avenue to the Free AridgV, to be built in connection with the
<br />ROAD.
<br />County of Albemarle, were fully discussed, and the building of such, road was
<br />unanimously recommended by the committees, therefore be it Resolved by the Common
<br />Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring, that the sum of $8,800. be and is hereby
<br />appropriated to . be spent as follows; $7,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
<br />for the construction of the concrete road from the Last side of Locust (rove Avenue
<br />to the City Limits, per specifications of the City Manager; $1,800., or so much
<br />thereof as may be necessary, to lay the necessary sewer lines and its laterals in
<br />connection with this road. Resolved, further, That the City Yanager and the Street
<br />Committee are hereby authorized to proceed with this work when they are satisfied
<br />that the County is ready to contract and complete their portion of tris road fromtre
<br />City limits to the Free -pridge.
