<br />Resolved, By the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring►,
<br />That the City Manager and the City Attorney are hereby authorized to take
<br />the necessary steps to open Wertland Street between 12-1/2t?i and 13th Streets,
<br />provided Yrs. H. t[. Williams donates and conveys the right of way over her property
<br />to the City.
