<br />concurring, That the C. & 0. Railway Com!)any be requested to install combination
<br />crossing bells and liglits at First and Second Street crossings, and teat the City
<br />Attorney be requested t,) draw up an agreement with the Railway Company providing
<br />for the supplantin,a, of the bells and ligrts by gatna in case the former equipment
