<br />Be it Ordained by the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring, that Sec,
<br />595 of the City Ordinances be amended to read as follilms:
<br />Sec. 595. Locomotives --ringing of t,;ll:
<br />No locomotive engine bell may be rung within the City limits except when the
