<br />in repair at once, to install the necessary chlorinating apparatus and do eucl,
<br />other things as nraay be necessary to supplement the City's water supply from said
<br />source, and for this purpose the sum of $7,000, or' so much thereof as Inge be

<br />schools, and to pay the interest on the bonded debt and provide for sinking fun31,
