<br />Aldermen concurring, That u. F. Young & Company be and tree are hereby permitted to
<br />enlarge the connection with the City sewer Main, authorized by Joint "esolution of
<br />the Board of Aldermen and Common Council, approved October 17,1916, to a pipe of
<br />not more than ten inches in diameter, for the purpose of disposing of and discharging
<br />drainage and waste water, except surfacw water and surface drainage, from their
<br />plant into said sewer main through such enlarged connection, said E. Young & Co,,
<br />to bear the entire expense of enlarging sucr connection, and that the Mayor be and
<br />he is hereby authorized to execute the proper contract in regard to this enlargement,
