<br />description, for the reception of Yuman excreta, to be maintained or to exist,
<br />where any of the improvements of said property are connected with a public seer

<br />meanor and punishable by a fine of not less than $2.50 and each day the premises

<br />bury within the city limits, any excreta fromhuman bodies, solid or liquid,
<br />dispose of such substance in any canner other than by means of a properly seNered
