The amount of said bill shall <br /> <br />be paid to the Treasurer on the day it is due, adnd if said assessment are not paid <br /> <br />on or before the 10th day of the calendar month in which they are due ; it shall <br /> <br />be the duty of the Treasurer to notify the Superintendent of such default, and the <br /> <br />Superintendent shall immediately shut the water off from the premises, as to which <br /> <br />default is made, and shall not turn the same on again until he is notified by the <br /> <br />Treasurer thatsaid assesment has been paid, including a fee of $1.00 to reimburse <br /> <br />the city for the expense of turing the water.
