<br />Sec. 32, Any Iverson who shall transfer, alienate or encur^ber in any manner, his
<br />estate, real or personal, with intent to evade any provisions of tris ordinanCe+ end
<br />persons aiding and abetting in such evasions, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeeno,,
<br />Sec.33. It shall be unlawful for any Iverson to grind or transport malt in tris city
<br />or any substitute for the same by whatever name it may be called to be used in tre
<br />manufacture of ardent spirits, and the burden of proof shall be upon any person
<br />grinding or transporting malt to shuw that such malt is not to be used in violation
<br />of this ordinance. •

<br />incriminate himself, but the testimony Riven by .such person on behalf of tre City
<br />shall in no case be used againsthim, nor shall he be prosecuted as to the offense
<br />as to which he testified.
<br />Sec. 3b. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
<br />. e ordinance are hereby repealed.
