Sec. 32. Any pverson who shall transfer, alienate or encumber in any manner, his

<br />estate, real or personal, with intent to evade any provisions of tris ordinance, and all
<br />
<br />persons aiding and abetting in such evasions, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemenor.
<br />
<br />Sec.33. It shall be unlawful for any person to grind or transport malt in this city
<br />
<br />or any substitute for the same by whatever name it may be called to be used in the
<br />
<br />manufacture of ardent spirits, and the burden of proof shall be upon any person
<br />
<br />grinding or transporting malt to show that such malt is not to be used in violation
<br />
<br />of this ordinance.
<br />
<br />Sec. 34. No person shall be excused from testifying for the City as to any offense
<br />
<br />committed by another under this ordinance by reason of his testimony tending to
<br />
<br />incriminate himself, but the testimony given by such person on behalf of tre City
<br />
<br />shall in no case be used against him, nor shall he be prosecuted as to the offense
<br />
<br />as to which he testified.
<br />
<br />Sec. 35. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
<br />
<br />this ordiance are hereby repealed.

<br />this city the party or parties who entered the Jefferson Garage Sunday night, June 5th

<br />assulting the night watchman and robbed the place.
