<br />A Resolution autl�+orizing the Finance Committee to make such arrangements as may be
<br />necessary to carry on the work of installing tre water -pias set until funds from ether
<br />sources are available.
<br />Resolved by the Common Council, the Board of Alderrren concurring,
<br />That until such time as funds are available from the sale of bonds that the
<br />Finance Committee is hereby authorized to make such arrangements as arra necessary to
<br />secure sufficient funds to carry on the work of installing the water -was set.

<br />SEC. 333. CITY PHYSICI 11 The Board of AlAermen and Common Council may elect a
<br />City Physician at a salary to be fixed at the time of his election or before, ox
<br />theymay dispense with that officer. If a City Prysieian is elected, he shall hold
<br />his position at the pleasure of the Board of Aldermen and Common Council.
<br />Sec. 334. POWERS AND Dt1TIES OF CITY PHYSICIAZI. The City Physician, wren there ie
<br />one elected, shall visit and attend all needy persons he may know to be in need of
<br />his services and that are reported to him. TTe shalt report to tre Health 0f fliers

<br />large by the Board of Aldermen and Common Council in joint session. In case of
<br />removal, resit7nation or disability of any member of said Board, tre Board Of
<br />Aldermen and Common Council shall in joint session elect his successor to fill
