330 <br />September 1, 1928, maturing September 1. 196$ with the option on the part Of theotoito <br />pay the principal thereof at the expiration of twenty years from their date the <br />idsue being in bonds of #1,000.00 each numbered one to nine hundred and thirty-five <br />both inclusive, have been duly authorized and whereas, 0810, 000.00 of said issue hat <br />been sold $837,600.00 received as the proceeds thereof and whereas bonds numbered <br />one to one hundred and fifty, inclusive of said issue were designated as Water Bonds <br />by an ordinance adopted October 30, 1922, and whereas it is deemed necessary and e$ <br />to designate additional bonds of said issue as Water Bonds and set aside the pedlent <br />thereof for the sole use of extending and improving the dity-Water supply ; proceeds <br />NOW 'THEREFORE be it ordained by the council of the City of Char_ <br />lottesville that bonds numbered one hundred and fifty-one to two hundre ; and fifty <br />inclusive, of City of Charlottesville Improvament Bonds be and the same arb �U° <br />designated as Water Bonds anal 4100, 000.00 is set aside as the proceeds thereof and <br />to be devoted exclusively for the purpose of extending and improving the City Water <br />Supply for no other purpose. <br />Adopted by the Council April 16th, 1923. <br />Ayes, Menris, Brown, and Joachim, Noes, None. <br />Clerk President, <br />I <br />
