BE IT ORDAINa, by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that no vehicle shall be parked or remain stationary on any o'the Strebts of the City for a per6id of more than one hour between the hours of twelve o'clock, midnight, and six A. M. Any person violating the provi d i ons of this ordinance shall be fined not less than ten dollars (10.00) and nit more than one hundred dollars($100.)0) This ordinance shall be effective on and after November 6, 1924.
