41G <br />WATiiM RATES: <br />WHEN PAYABLE. <br />SECTION 433 OF THE CITY CODE AMENDED. <br />BE IT ORDILINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that Section <br />433 of the City Code, entitled, "Water Rates, When Payable" be amended and reenacted so <br />as to read as follows: <br />Water rates for every consumer using water solely for domestic uses for <br />himself and family and not exceeding two roomers or boarders shall be payable quarterly <br />in advance. <br />Water rates for all other consumers shall be payable monthly in advance. <br />UC erg <br />Adopted by the Council November 2, 1925. <br />Ayes, Brown & Joachim, Noes None. <br />res en . <br />ADT OF.DINANCE EMPOWERING TBG BUILDING, PLUMBING ANI.'
