P. or any fraction thereof, additional, <br />provided that no fee shall be in excess of 010.00 for any individual motor <br />instal la tion. <br />When one or more motors are under the same roof a permit shall be required <br />to cover each individual motor and the wiring thereof, on the basis of its name <br />plate rating, unless one permit is secured to cover the complete motor installa- <br />tion, listing each unit. <br />GENERATORS: <br />The same fee rate shall apply to generators as are herein provided for <br />motors, based upon 1 K. W. being equal to 1 H. The fee charge shall follow the schedule as prescribed for open or <br />concealed work to outlets as set forth in this subsection. <br />RADIO ANTENNAS: <br />Per permit <br />MISCELLANEOUS UNITS AND APPLIANCES: <br />00.50 <br />Appliances or apparatus not herein specified shall be paid for on the <br />basis of the name plate rating in horse power. Huff, <br />Mr. Nash and Mr. Peyton. <br />Noes: None. — <br />Clerk--- ?resident <br />c!)", Cj <br />AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 318 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF 1932 ENTITLED "GUNPOWDER AND OTHER EXPLOSIVES". <br />1 <br />1 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that Section 318 of I <br />the City Code of 1932 be amended and reenacted so as to read as follows: <br />SEC. 318 Gunpowder and other explosives. <br />Except as hereinafter provided no gunpowder, blasting powder, nitroglycerin <br />or other high explosives shall be kept within the City limits. <br />(a) No shall keep within the City more than teri pounds of gunpowder <br />person <br />or other explosive compound, except for purposes of sale. <br />(b) Licensed retail dealers may, to supply their trade, keep any quantity <br />of gunpowder or blasting powder not exceeding fifty pounds in all; provided such <br />powder be kept in metal packages, with good, close -fitting and well -secured covers <br />thereon. No such retail or wholesale dealer may keep in his store more than <br />40,000 loaded gun shells. <br />(c) Wholesale dealers may, for the purpose of their trade, have in their <br />possession elsewhere than in a magazine, between the hours of 7 A. M. and 5 P. M., <br />any quantity not exceeding fifty pounds. But no dynamite or nitroglycerin in any <br />of its forms shall be stored or kept for sale in any store within the corporate <br />limits. <br />
