277 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 326 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF 1932 RELATING TO KEEPING ANIMALS IN THE CITY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of.Charlottesville that Section <br />326 of the City Code of 1932 be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as <br />follows. <br />SEC. 326 Animals - Keeping in City. <br />No sheep shall be kept in the City limits except for immediate <br />shipment or slaughter and it shall he unlawful to keep within the City <br />limits between the hours of 10:30 otclock P. M. and 5:00 otclock A. M. <br />any herd, flock or group of cattle, calves, sheep or swine intended for <br />shipment or sale, but this ordinance shall not apply to animals which may <br />have been delivered to any railway company for shipment while in the custody <br />of such railway company.
