277 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 326 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF 1932 RELATING TO KEEPING ANIMALS IN THE CITY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of.Charlottesville that Section <br />326 of the City Code of 1932 be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as <br />follows. <br />SEC. 326 Animals - Keeping in City. <br />No sheep shall be kept in the City limits except for immediate <br />shipment or slaughter and it shall he unlawful to keep within the City <br />limits between the hours of 10:30 otclock P. M. and 5:00 otclock A. M. <br />any herd, flock or group of cattle, calves, sheep or swine intended for <br />shipment or sale, but this ordinance shall not apply to animals which may <br />have been delivered to any railway company for shipment while in the custody <br />of such railway company. Three or more animals shall be considered a herd, <br />flock or group within the terms of this ordinance. <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this <br />section shall be fined not less than 210.00 and not more than X125.00 for <br />each day such violation continues. <br />This ordinance shall be in force from its passage. <br />Adopted by the Council October 20, 1941. <br />Ayes: Mr. Gleason, Dr. Haden, Mr. Huff, <br />Mr. Nash, and Mr. Peyton. <br />Noes: None. <br />Clerk President <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 493 (7) OF THE <br />CITY CODE ENTITLED "FEES FOR PEM1ITS11. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that Section 493(7) <br />of the City Code entitled "Fees for kermits" be amended and reenacted so as to read <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 493(7) FEES FOR PERMITS. <br />The following fees shall be paid to the City for each j)ermit issued by <br />the City Electrician for the installation or alteration of wiring or the <br />installation of any type of electrical appliance or fixture in any building <br />or electrically connected thereto, within the City, and the receipt of these <br />fees shall be endorsed on the application by the City Electrician. <br />OPE14 OR CONCEALED WORK TO OUTLETS: <br />No. of Outlets <br />1 to 3 <br />4to6 <br />6 to 9 <br />10 to 12 <br />13 to 15 <br />16 to 18 <br />19 to 21 <br />22 to 24 <br />25 to 27 <br />28 to 30 <br />31 to 33 <br />34 to 36 <br />37 to 39 <br />40 to 42 <br />43 to 45 <br />46 to 48 <br />49 to 51 <br />52 to 54 <br />55 to 58 <br />59 to 63 <br />64 to 68 <br />69 to 74 <br />75 to 80 <br />81 to 89 <br />90 to 99 <br />Over 100 outlets $0.25 for every ten outlets or <br />Fee <br />$0.25 <br />0.50 <br />0.75 <br />1.00 <br />1.25 <br />1.50 <br />1.75 <br />2.00 <br />2.25 <br />2.50 <br />2.75 <br />3.00 <br />3.25 <br />3.50 <br />3.75 <br />4.00 <br />4.25 <br />4.50 <br />4.75 <br />5.00 <br />5.25 <br />5.50 <br />5.75 <br />6.00 <br />6.25 <br />any fraction thereof. <br />Fees on electrical lighting fixtures, shall follow the same schedule as listed <br />above. <br />
