taxpayers as to him may seem proper and the Department of Taxation may <br /> <br />approve, and any such forms so prepared and furnished shall be supplied <br /> <br />by the Commissioner of Revenue to persons constituting such class or <br /> <br />classes in lieu of the forms supplied by the Department of Taxation, and <br /> <br />all such persons constituting such class or classes shall make out and <br /> <br />deliver to the Commissioner statements of tangible personal property on <br /> <br />such forms in lieu of the forms prepared and furnished by the Department of <br /> <br />Taxation. <br /> <br />SEC. 150. PROPERTY SUPPOSED TO BE STOLEN OR LOST. <br /> <br />Property coming into possession of a policeman, supposed to be <br /> <br />stolen or lost, shall be given to the officer in charge of the station <br /> <br />house, accompanied by a report to the Chief, stating all the circumstances <br /> <br />in connection therewith. <br /> <br />In the event any personal property be found by any policeman abandoned <br /> <br />on the streets or public places in the City, such property shall be brought <br /> <br />to the station house and an effort to ascertain and locate the owner of such <br /> <br />property shall be made. FIREWORKS - DEFINITION - KEEPING - SELLING - DISCHARGING - <br /> <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br />Fireworks whenever used in this section, shall be held to mean any <br /> <br />sparkler, squib, rocket, firecracker, Roman candle, fire balloon, signal <br /> <br />lights, railroad track torpedo, flashlight composition, or other devices <br /> <br />or compositions used to obtain visible or audible pyrotechnic display. <br /> <br />No person shall have, keep, store, use, discharge, manufacture, sell, <br /> <br />handle or transport any fireworks, provided, however: <br /> <br />(A) That nothing in this section shall be held to apply to the <br /> <br />possession or use of signaling devices for current daily consumption by <br /> <br />railroads, vessels and others requiring them.
