THE PLAT SHALL <br /> <br /> BE DRAWN ON A SINGLE SHEET AT A SCALE OF ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET TO THE INCH. <br /> <br /> A. PRELIMINARY PLAT SHALL SHOW. <br /> <br /> (1) THE TITLE UNDER WHICH THE SUBDIVISION IS TO BE RECORDED, AND THE NAME AND ADDRESSES <br /> <br /> OF THE RECORDED OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER, AND HOLDERS OF ANY ENCUMBRANCES OR EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> AGAINST THE PROPERTY. <br /> <br /> (2) A VICINITY SKETCH SHOWING THE RELATION OF THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION TO ADJOINING <br /> <br /> PROPERTY AND THE CITY. <br /> <br /> (3) A FIELD TOPOGRAPHIC MAP WITH A CONTOUR INTERVAL OF FIVE (5) FEET REFERRED TO <br /> <br />CITY DATUM SHOWING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE TRACT TO BE SUBDIVIDED. <br /> <br /> (4) THE LOCATION, WIDTH AND NAMES OF ALL EXISTING OR PLATTED STREETS OR OTHER <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WAYS WITHIN OR ADJACENT TO THE SUBDIVISION; EASEMENTS, RAILROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND LAND LOT LINES. <br /> <br /> (5) LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED STREETS, ALLEYS, LOTS, BUILDING LINES AND EASEMENTS. <br />
