The area lying between the present corporate limits of <br />the City of Charlottesville (described in an order spread in <br />the Circuit Court of Albemarle County Law Order Book 56 at page <br />459 which aforesaid described corporate limits were enlarged by <br />an order spread in the Circuit Court of Albemarle County Law <br />Order Book 59 at page 126) and an external perimeter described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a concrete right of way monument at the inter- <br />section of the northern margin of Interstate Route 64 with the <br />southwestern margin of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company <br />right of way, which point is opposite station 2680+37 on Sheet <br />No. 4 of the Virginia Department of Highways Plan for Project <br />Number 0064-002-102, RW 206 <br />1. thence in a generally westerly direction along the north- <br />erly right of way margin of Interstate Route 64 to a point on <br />said right of way opposite station 2602+00 <br />2• thence crossing Interstate Route 64 in a generally south- <br />erly direction perpendicular to centerline to a point on the <br />southerly right of way margin opposite station 2602+00, said <br />last two mentioned points are shown on Sheets 11 and 12 of the <br />Virginia Department of Highways Plans for Project Number 0064- <br />002-102, RW 205 <br />3. thence along the southerly right of way margin of Inter- <br />state Route 64 in a generally westerly direction 246.16 feet <br />to a point on said right of way margin at the intersection of <br />the said right of way margin with the western property line of <br />a parcel of land now or formerly owned by Jefferson Lake, Inc. - <br />E. Gerald Tremblay Trustee (D. B. 430 p. 612) and shown on a <br />plat of survey by Thomas D. Blue & Associates dated July 28, 1967 <br />which plat is filed in plat file R-339 at the Office of the <br />Engineer for the City of Charlottesville, Virginia <br />4. thence in a generally southerly direction along the western <br />property line of said parcel now or formerly owned by Jefferson <br />Lake, Inc. - E. Gerald Tremblay Trustee, 359.16 feet to a concrete <br />monument, said monument beinq the northwestern corner of a parcel <br />now or formerly owned by Monticello Memorial Park, Inc. (D. B. 302 <br />p. 246) and shown on a plat of survey by 0. R. Randolph, Engineer <br />dated May 24, 1956 which plat is filed in plat file R-338 at the <br />Office of the Engineer for the city of Charlottesville, Virginia <br />5• thence in a generally southerly direction along the western <br />boundary of said Monticello Memorial Park, Inc. property to its <br />intersection with the northern right of way margin of Relocated <br />State Route 53, said point of intersection being shown on Sheet <br />10-e of Virginia Department of Highways Plans for Project No. 0064- <br />002-102, RW 205 <br />6• thence crossing Relocated State Route 53 in a generally <br />southeasterly direction to a point on the southern right of way <br />margin of Relocated State Route 53, said point being opposite <br />station 160+79 as shown on Sheet 10-e on aforesaid highway plans <br />7. thence in a generally westerly direction along the southerly <br />right of way margin of said Relocated State Route 53 to its inter- <br />section with the southeastern property line of a tract now or <br />formerly owned by Commonwealth of Virginia - Blue Ridge Sanatorium <br />-20- <br />
