B. 359 p. 509 and shown on a plat of survey <br />by Huffman -Foster and Associates dated June, 1969 which plat is <br />filed in plat file R-340 at the Office of the Engineer for the <br />City of Charlottesville, Virginia) to the southernmost corner of <br />said tract <br />18. thence in a generally northwesterly direction along the <br />southwestern boundary of said Oak Hill Corporation tract, as <br />shown on the aforesaid plat, to the southernmost corner of a <br />tract now or formerly owned by Southwood Mobile Home Estates, <br />Inc. (D. 3. 469 p. 435 and shown on plat recorded in D. B. 469 <br />p. 437) <br />19. thence in a generally northwesterly direction along the <br />south.we-stern boundary of said Southwood Mobile Home Estates, Inc. <br />tract to a point on the said boundary line which is 25 feet <br />(measured radially in an easterly direction) from the centerline <br />of State Route 631 <br />20. thence in a generally northerly direction with a line that <br />is parallel to and 25 feet east of the centerline of State Route <br />631 to the intersection of said line with a southerly extension <br />of a line which is parallel to and 25 feet east of the centerline <br />of State Route 781 (Sunset Avenue Extension) <br />21. thence in a generally northerly direction with the said <br />southerly extension and the line which is parallel to and 25 <br />feet east of the centerline of State Route 781 to the inter- <br />section of said line with the southeasterly extension across <br />State Route 781 of the southwestern property line of a parcel <br />now or formerly owned by Robert and Lucille Brown (D. B. 304 p. 341) <br />22. thence crossing State Route 781 in a generally northwesterly <br />direction 4 with the last mentioned extension and continuing along <br />the southwestern property line of the said parcel now or formerly <br />owned by Robert and Lucille Brown to its intersection with the <br />eastern property line of a parcel now or formerly owned by Ben <br />Minor Miller and Elizabeth Earl Miller (D. B. 313 p. 568) <br />23. thence in a generally northerly direction along the eastern <br />property line of said parcel now or formerly owned by Ben Minor <br />Miller and Elizabeth Earl Miller to its intersection with the <br />southwestern right of way margin of Interstate Route 64 <br />24. thence in a generally northwesterly direction along the <br />southwestern right of way margin of Interstate Route 64, as shown <br />on Sheets 4 and 5 on Virginia Department of Highways Plans for <br />Project No. 0064-002-102, RW 205, to its intersection with a line <br />that is parallel to and 37 feet southeast of the center of the <br />northbound track of the Southern Railway Company <br />-22_. <br />
