B. 359 p. 509 and shown on a plat of survey by Huffman -Foster and Associates dated June, 1969 which plat is filed in plat file R-340 at the Office of the Engineer for the City of Charlottesville, Virginia) to the southernmost corner of said tract 18. thence in a generally northwesterly direction along the southwestern boundary of said Oak Hill Corporation tract, as shown on the aforesaid plat, to the southernmost corner of a tract now or formerly owned by Southwood Mobile Home Estates, Inc. (D. 3. 469 p. 435 and shown on plat recorded in D. B. 313 p. 568) 23. thence in a generally northerly direction along the eastern property line of said parcel now or formerly owned by Ben Minor Miller and Elizabeth Earl Miller to its intersection with the southwestern right of way margin of Interstate Route 64 24. thence in a generally northwesterly direction along the southwestern right of way margin of Interstate Route 64, as shown on Sheets 4 and 5 on Virginia Department of Highways Plans for Project No. 0064-002-102, RW 205, to its intersection with a line that is parallel to and 37 feet southeast of the center of the northbound track of the Southern Railway Company -22_.
