25. thence generally southwesterly along the line that is par- <br />allel to and 37 feet southeast of the center of the northbound <br />track of the Southern Railway Company to its intersection with <br />the centerline of State Route 859 <br />26. thence continuing generally southwesterly along the afore- <br />said line, parallel to the north bound track of the Southern <br />Railway Company, 1,000 feet to a point on said line <br />27. thence in a generally northwesterly direction, crossing the <br />Southern Railway and U. S. Route 29, to a point on the northern <br />right of way margin of U. S. Route 29, said point being the in- <br />tersection of the northern right of way margin of U. S. Route 29 <br />and the western boundary of a parcel now or formerly owned by <br />Harold M. Hochman (D. B. 428 p. 341 and shown on plat recorded <br />in D. B. 428 p. 345) <br />28. thence in a generally northerly direction along the western <br />boundary of the aforesaid Hochman parcel to its intersection with <br />the southern right of way margin of Interstate Route 64, as shown <br />on aforesaid plat of the Hochman parcel and on Sheet No. 10 of <br />Virginia Department of Highways Plans for Project No. 0064-002- <br />102, RW 204 <br />29. thence in a generally northerly direction crossing Inter- <br />state Route 64 to a point which is the intersection of the north- <br />ern right of way margin of Interstate Route 64 with the south- <br />eastern boundary of a parcel now or formerly owned by Hedgerow <br />Corporation (D. B. 458 p. 145 and shown on plat recorded in <br />D. B. 458 p. 147) <br />30. ;_-hence in a generally northeasterly direction along the <br />southeastern boundary of the aforesaid Hedgerow Corporation <br />parcel to a point on said boundary which is 25 feet (measured <br />at a right angle to the centerline) southwest of the centerline <br />of State Route 702 <br />31. thence in a generally easterly direction along a line <br />parallel to and 25 feet generally south of the centerline of <br />State Route 702 to a point which is the intersection of the <br />aforesaid line with the southerly extension across State Route <br />702 of a boundary line through property now or formerly owned <br />by Henderson and Jane L. Heyward (D. B. 413 p. 114) and shown <br />as the eastern boundary of a 196 acre tract on a plat recorded <br />in W. B. 31 p. 168 <br />32. thence in a generally northerly d& ection with aforesaid <br />eastern boundary and its southerly extension to the southernmost <br />corner of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by Henderson <br />and Jane L.
