B. 458 p. 145 and shown on plat recorded in D. B. 458 p. 147) 30. ;_-hence in a generally northeasterly direction along the southeastern boundary of the aforesaid Hedgerow Corporation parcel to a point on said boundary which is 25 feet (measured at a right angle to the centerline) southwest of the centerline of State Route 702 31. thence in a generally easterly direction along a line parallel to and 25 feet generally south of the centerline of State Route 702 to a point which is the intersection of the aforesaid line with the southerly extension across State Route 702 of a boundary line through property now or formerly owned by Henderson and Jane L.
