Route 29 at a right angle to the centerline as shown on aforesaid plans to a point on the southeastern right of way margin of U. S. Route 29 66. thence in a generally southwesterly direction along the southeastern right of way margin of U. S. Route 29 to the inter- section of said right of way margin with a line which is parallel to and 300 feet northeast of (measured at right angles to survey centerline) the survey centerline of State Route 631 as shown on Sheet 13 of Virginia Department of Highways Plans for Project No. 0631-002-128, C-501 -27-
