67. thence in a generally southeasterly direction along afore- said line 300 feet from and parallel to the survey centerline of State Route 631 as shown on Virginia Department of Highways Plans for Project No. 0631-002-128 to a point opposite survey center- line station 95+00 (at bridge over Southern Railway) said point being 300 feet northeast of the centerline of existing location of State Route 631 68. thence continuing in a generally southeasterly direction with a line parallel to and 300 feet northeast of (measured at right angles to centerline) the centerline of existing State Route 631 to the intersection of said line with the northwestern boundary of a tract now or formerly owned by East Corporation (D. B. 422 p. 349 and shown on plat in D. B. 422 p. 355) 69. thence in a generally northeasterly direction along the northwestern boundary of said East Corporation tract to the centerline of the Rivanna River 70. thence in a generally southerly direction along the center- line of the Rivanna River as it meanders approximately 5,100 feet to a point which is the intersection of the centerline of the Rivanna River with the westerly extension of the southern prop- erty line of a parcel now or formerly owned by Harry W. and Mary R. Folk, III (D. B. 484 p. 351 and shown on plat recorded in D. B. 144 p. 12) 74. thence in a generally easterly direction along the southern boundary of aforesaid Folk parcel to a point which is the inter- section of said southern boundary with a line that is parallel to and 500 feet southeast of (measured at right angles to the centerline) the centerline of State Route 20 WC
