GLEASON, THE CITY MANAGER WAS AUTHORISED TO SIGN AN <br />POEC <br />I <br />L <br />POLO APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT <br />RADIO <br />A NEW POLICE RADIO ANTENNA, WHICH 1S NECESSARY FOR THE JOINT OPERATION OF THE <br />LOCAL POLICE RADIO SYSTEM BY THE COUNTY AND CITY. <br />ON MOTION BY MR. TEBELL, SECONDED BY MR. NASH, THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION <br />WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED: <br />E. L. BAILEY <br />RIGHT WAY <br />AY <br />HARMON F BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE THAT <br />MR. E. L. BAILEY BE OFFERED $75.00 FOR A PARCEL OF LAND APPROXIMATELY <br />22 FEET DEEP AND 60 FT.
