12 <br /> <br />Vendor regulations in accordance with City Code S.28-111, et seq., <br />provided, however, that vendors shall be allowed to operate until <br />11:00 p.m. for the duration of the festival. <br /> <br />Liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 with <br />certificate of insurance naming City as an additional insured. <br /> <br />5. Permit for fireworks display approved by Fire Department. <br /> <br />6. Inspection of amusement rides. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Dogwood Festival Board shall be <br />responsible for providing five (5) portajohns at Mclntire Park during the festival, <br />one of which shall be handicapped accessible. <br /> <br />h.
