Ms. Tekin said that at that time the <br />majority of users were County residents. Ms. Tekin said she has not been at the park for <br />four years because of concerns about the unleashed dogs. On behalf of the Monticello <br />Bird Club, Ms. Tekin read a statement supporting a leash law and pooper scooper <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Pfaltz said he understands why Council raised the parking fees and he is <br />glad they are extending the late fee time limit, but suggested that it might be better to just <br />say it should be received in 14 days rather than using the date of the postage stamp. Mr. <br />Pfaltz recommended that Council make the first parking ticket free like the University <br />does which will sound more friendly. <br /> <br /> Mr. Nathan Van Hooser, 1215 Little High Street, presented a compromise plan <br />for a dog exercise area at Riverview Park. <br /> <br /> <br />
