Mr. O'Connell noted that some of the major budget <br />commitments are not on the list of priorities. <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch said he would prefer that the priorities be called new initiatives. <br /> <br /> Mr. Toscano'said he feels the list will indicate where Council would like energy <br />spent as well as money. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bob Matson, consultant, asked Council to add items to the priority list <br />developed in the fall, and the following list was developed: <br /> <br />1. East End Mall and bus transfer center/urban design and sidestreet <br /> improvements <br /> <br />2. Jefferson School redevelopment <br /> <br />3. Water Street redevelopment <br /> <br />4. Advance Meadowcreek Parkway design, including interchanges at 250 and <br /> Greater Mclntire Linear Park <br /> <br />5. Phase I of court facilities development <br /> <br />6. E-government <br /> <br /> <br />
