277 <br /> <br /> BE iT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that a <br />special use permit is hereby approved and granted to Neighborhood Investments, LLC, to <br />allow higher density residential development within the area subject to this application. <br />Tl-ds special use permit is conditioned upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Administrative approval of a final site plan, such site plan to incorporate the <br /> comments set forth within the letter, dated November 9, 2001 from Tarpley Vest, <br /> Neighborhood Planner to Clark Gathright, of Daggett and Grigg Architects. <br />2.
