PRESENTATION: CHILD CARE TASK FORCE PRESENTATION: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM STAFF REPORT: "911" STAFF REPORT: EAST MARKET STREET APPROPRIATION: $12,150 REVENUE FEE-BASED RECREATION PROGRAMS (2nd reading) APPROPRIATION: $333,953 SECTION S TRANSIT GRANT (2nd reading) Mr. Buck stated that since the information is so inconclusive, and since the Department of Community Development is doing a review of sidewalk priorities, he suggested no commitment of funds On motion by Mrs. Gleason, seconded by Dr. delay the decision on constructing the Yorktown following vote.
