Be it orddained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that the following sentence be added to Paragraph E. of the Taxi Ordinance: Where cars are ordered from owners place of business these rates may include distance to place where call is made. Adopted by the Council October 6 ,1924. Ayes, Brown and Joacilim, Nos None. Clerk Signature. President Singature. PARKING ON STREETS BETWEEN TWELEVE O'CLOCK, MIDNIGHT AND SIX, A.M. PROHIBITED. PROHIBITED. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that no vehicle shall be parked or remain stationary on any of the Streets of the City for a peroid of more than one hour between the hours of twelve o'clock, midnight, and six A. M. Any person violating the providions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not more than one hundred dollars($100.00) This ordinance shall be effective on and after November 6, 1924. CERTAIN STREETS BETWEEN HIGH STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET DESIGNATED AS ONE WAY STREETS. Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that in addition to the Streets designated as one way streets in section 2 of the Traffic Ordinance the following; streets, between High Street and Jefierson Street are also designated as one way Streets: The following streets are to be used for Northbound traffic only: Fourth Street, East, Second Street East, and Second street West. The following, streets are to be used for south bound traffic only: Third Street East, and First Street, Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to the same penalty as provided in the Traffic Ordinance.
