Be it orddained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that the <br /> <br />following sentence be added to Paragraph E. of the Taxi Ordinance: <br /> <br />Where cars are ordered from owners place of business these rates may <br /> <br />include distance to place where call is made. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council October 6 ,1924. <br />Ayes, Brown and Joacilim, Nos None. <br /> <br />Clerk Signature. <br />President Singature. <br /> <br /> <br />PARKING ON STREETS BETWEEN TWELEVE O'CLOCK, MIDNIGHT AND SIX, A.M. PROHIBITED. <br />PROHIBITED. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br /> <br />no vehicle shall be parked or remain stationary on any of the Streets of the City <br /> <br />for a peroid of more than one hour between the hours of twelve o'clock, midnight, <br /> <br />and six A. M. <br /> <br />Any person violating the providions of this ordinance shall be fined <br /> <br />not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not more than one hundred dollars($100.00) <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective on and after November 6, 1924. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council November 93, 1924. <br />AYES, Brown, Morris and Joachim, Noes None. <br /> <br />Clerk Signature. <br />President Singature. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CERTAIN STREETS BETWEEN HIGH STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET DESIGNATED <br /> <br />AS ONE WAY STREETS. <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br /> <br />in addition to the Streets designated as one way streets in section 2 of the Traffic <br /> <br />Ordinance the following; streets, between High Street and Jefierson Street are also <br /> <br />designated as one way Streets: <br /> <br />The following streets are to be used for Northbound traffic only: <br /> <br />Fourth Street, East, Second Street East, and Second street West. <br /> <br />The following, streets are to be used for south bound traffic only: <br /> <br />Third Street East, and First Street, <br /> <br />Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to the same <br /> <br />penalty as provided in the Traffic Ordinance. <br /> <br />Ayes, Morris & Joachim, Noes none. <br />Adopted by the council January 19, 1925. <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk Signature. <br />President Singature. <br /> <br />
