DANCE HALLS - REGULATION OF. <br /> <br />Any person desiring to conduct a dance hall in which public <br /> <br />dancing is to be allowed, where an admission fee is charged or a <br /> <br />charge is made for participating in such dancing, shall first obtain <br /> <br />the consent of the Mayor, who shall satisfy himself that the person <br /> <br />applying is a proper person to conduct such hall and the location <br /> <br />is suitable for such purpose, and in addition, the person so applying <br /> <br />shall procure the license required for dance halls.
