NOES: NONE. <br />THE CITY MANAGER STATED THAT HE HAD BEEN ADVISED THAT A PARCEL OF LAND <br />ON.ELLIEWOOD AVENUE WAS FOR SALE AND THAT HE HAD BEEN APPROACHED BY SOME OF <br />THE MERCHANTS AT "THE CORNER„ INQUIRING WHETHER OR NOT THE CITY WOULD CONSIDER <br />THE PURCHASE OF THIS PROPERTY FOR A PARKING LOT. IT WAS ESTIMATED THAT THE <br />MATTER RE: PARCEL OF LOT WOULD PROVIDE 36 PARKING SPACES. ON MOTION BY MR. DAVIS, SECONDED BY <br />LAND ON ELLIEWOOD AVE. <br />MR. WEINBERG, THIS MATTER WAS REFERRED TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR STUDY <br />AND REPORT. ON MOTION BY MR. DAVIS, SECONDED BY MR. NORRIS STULTING ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL CN BEHALF OF HIS !BOTHER, <br />MRS. SADIE STULTiNG, REQUESTING PERMISSION FOR HER TO INSTALL A GAS ROOM <br />REQUEST FOR PERMISSION <br />TO INSTALL GAS HEATER HEATER. MR. STULTING PRESENTED A LETTER FROM DR. ERGENBRIGHT STATING THAT <br />APPROVED — STUQQING. <br />MRS. STULTING WAS IN BAD HEALTH AND NOT ABLE TO LOOK AFTER A FIRE. AFTER <br />A LENGHTY DISCUSSION, A MOTION TO GRANT THIS REQUEST WAS MADE BY MR. <br />WEINBERG, SECONDED BY MMR. DAVIS, AND VOTED ON AS FOLLOWS: AYES: MR. DAVIS, <br />MR. FORBES, MR. HILL AND MMR. WEINBERG. NOES: MR. TEBELL. <br />A REQUEST WAS RECEIVED FROM MR. L. E. BEDDOW REwUESTING PERMISSION TO <br />HAVE A GAS FURNACE INSTALLED Ili HIS HOME. MR. BEDDOW STATED THAT HIS <br />REQUEST APPROVED — PRESENT FURNACE IS COMPLETELY BRCKEN DOWN AND SINCE HE HAS NO LEGS HE IS <br />GAS FURNACE — L.E. BEDDOW <br />UNABLE TO LOOK AFTER AN OIL OR COAL FURNACE. A MOTION BY MR. DAVIS, <br />SECONDED BY MR.
