CODE AMENDED, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that Sect ion 86, of t he Cit y Code of 1909 be amended and reenacted so as to read as follows: The treasurer shall collect all taxes, including license taxes from persons, firma and corporations engaged in 000upati one, businesses, and professions. $e shall have the right to appoint one or more deputies, to be approved by the Corporat6on Court for whose acts and doings he and his sureties shall be responsible.
